Commercial IT Lead

The role is responsible to the dynamic and experienced Commercial IT Lead in driving digital transformation initiatives focused on enhancing order generation and management processes, optimizing SAP functionalities, developing B2B and B2C solutions, implementing Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, overseeing app development projects, managing web portals, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance commercial operations efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Document Management Systems (DMS) to streamline document handling processes and ensure compliance.
• Drive enhancements in order generation and management systems to optimize order processing workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize SAP functionalities and leverage SAP modules for business process improvements.
• Lead the development and implementation of B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions to expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
• Implement Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and processes to enhance sales efficiency, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of custom applications to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of web portals to provide a seamless online experience for customers and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department by promoting best practices, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development

• Work with cross functional teams and NHQ to achieve desired results
• Using stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
