Relationship manager-Merchant Banking

Role & responsibilities

Job description:

• The candidate with a good in communication skills should be able to manage the existing portfolio of merchant .
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with the assigned merchants as well as to explore new opportunities to upsell and cross sell product to enhance profitability and expand the market share.
• Leverage prospects and contract new merchants to ensure continuous growth and sales targets achievement .
• Work in close collaboration with branches and Business Units to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Daily tracking of the teams performance with immediate action required.

Qualifications:

• Has a minimum of 5 to 6 years of sales/relationship experience
• Preferable background -Merchant Acquiring ,fintech, telecom or hospitality
• Strong sales and service orientation with good communications ,interpersonal and selling skills
