Job Title : Business Finance Manager
Job Summary :
The Business Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and strategy of the front-end operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service. This role involves financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial models and forecasts for front-end business units.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Coordinate the budgeting process for sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify variances.
- Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategies.
Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with front-end business leaders to understand financial needs and objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and projects.
- Act as a financial advisor to drive business performance and growth.
Revenue Management:
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Compliance and Controls:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accountants.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- CA qualified , 5+ years of experience in costing & FP&A
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
