Head - Finance - QSR - CA (6-15 yrs)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) for the position of Finance Manager or higher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and compliance, coupled with a proven track record in financial reporting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee and ensure accurate accounting practices.

- Manage compliance requirements, including GST and income tax filings.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial documentation.

- Present actionable insights to senior management.

Process Improvement:

- Identify gaps and set up efficient financial processes that align with organizational goals.

- Implement industry best practices for scalability and operational efficiency.

Business Insights:

- Contribute to strategic business planning by providing financial perspectives and recommendations.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor finance teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in finance.

- Expertise in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.

- Experience working in mid to large-scale companies.

Preferred:

- Familiarity with robust financial processes and frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop efficient processes.

- Deep understanding of business operations and financial impacts beyond pure accounting.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
