Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy and Brand Positioning:

- Spearhead the overarching marketing strategy for Hypothesis, establishing strong brand

positioning, rening target personas, and ensuring a cohesive message across all channels.

- Define and enhance Hypothesis' brand presence in the in

uencer marketing landscape by aligning

messaging with audience needs, driving awareness, and reinforcing Hypothesis as a top choice forbrands, agencies, and influencers alike. Drive Paid and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns:

- Strategize, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,and Google Ads to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.

- Lead ABM initiatives using tools like 6sense and Factors.ai, targeting key accounts with

personalized strategies that increase Hypothesis' impact in the in

uencer marketing space.

Content and Social Media Strategy for Brand Awareness:

- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to build Hypothesis' brand and attract newusers. This includes blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers that showcase Hypothesis' value.

- Manage LinkedIn and Instagram proflies, creating engaging posts that highlight product updates,industry insights, and success stories to grow audience engagement.

Website and SEO Optimization:

- Oversee website content strategy, ensuring SEO optimization and engaging web copy that drives organic traffic from influencers, brands, and agencies searching for influencer marketing solutions.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement content updates that enhance site visibility and user experience. PR and Communications for Product Positioning:

- Develop and distribute press releases to announce new features, partnerships, and product successes, reinforcing Hypothesis' leadership in influencer marketing.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine product messaging, ensuring clarity and alignment with audience needs and competitive positioning.

Engage Audiences with Email Marketing and Product Education:

- Create email marketing campaigns that reinforce Hypothesis' value, engage potential and existing users, and drive product adoption and retention.

- Produce product wikis and tutorial videos to onboard and educate users, ensuring easy navigation and full utilization of Hypothesis' features.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct ongoing research on influencers, brands, and agencies to align Hypothesis with industry needs, while regularly analyzing competitors to refine positioning and maintain market leadership.

Lead Product Launches and Sales Enablement:

- Coordinate product marketing efforts for new features and updates, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation across teams.

Skills, Qualifications, and Prior Experience:

- Proven Experience:

- 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related

ideally within the influencer marketing, SaaS, or digital media industries.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing

strategies from concept to execution.
