Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Financer with a CA qualification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, managing investments, and optimizing financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive financial plans, create budgets, identify potential risks, and ensure adaptability to evolving business needs.

- Provide expertise in investment banking to raise capital and make strategic investment decisions.

- Leverage financial data to inform and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Prepare accurate financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.

- Conduct cost reviews, analyze financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.

- Make critical decisions regarding liquidity management, mergers and acquisitions, and dividend policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.
