Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow efficiently and optimize fund utilization.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Tax & Audits: Oversee tax filings, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely audit completion.

- Compliance & Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

- Banking & Financial Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions.

- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and enhance finance processes for operational efficiency.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Strategic Financial Planning: Align financial operations with business goals to drive growth.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

What We Are Looking For:

Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
