- Position Overview: The Senior Manager Finance will lead the financial planning, Audit & regulatory compliances & Oversee Taxation & Pricing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit ready closure.

- Monthly intercompany billing and balances.

- Annual audits Managing Internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS and standalone audits under local GAAP.

- Tax audits, TP audits for India entity.

- Transfer pricing compliances for group entities.

- Overseeing Direct tax and Indirect tax compliances.

- Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls.

Qualifications:.

- Education: CA qualified candidates.

- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, Taxation & Regulatory Compliances, Internal Audit, Group Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, US and Indian Taxation, Transfer Pricing.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred.
