Regional Sales Manager (RSM) (Confectionery Division)
Location - Pune
Required Exp - 15 yrs (FMCG/ General Trade)
Role & responsibilities
Job Profile
- Overall responsibility for driving the sales team for achieving primary & secondary sales targets
- Responsibility of growth for area assigned.
- Trade management : Develop & maintain relationship with SS / C&F, dealers/ distributors / retailers
- Expand the sales coverage with width and depth
- Experience to drive sales promotion in the city
- Coordination with the Depots / C&FA
- Responsible for providing leadership and managing performance of ASMs / Sales officers of the assigned area
- Guiding and Coaching of the sales team
- Periodic review pending positions and addressing gaps
- Responsible to collect data of expired goods from the market and timely disposal of the same
