Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team of recruiters and recruiting for managerial and leadership profiles over at least 5 years. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. The position offers a competitive package of up to 12 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and achievement of recruitment targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, and performance reviews, and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills.

2. Recruitment Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for managerial and leadership roles.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient end-to-end recruitment process that meets organizational goals.

3. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and key metrics to senior management.

5. Process Optimization:

• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present detailed recruitment analytics and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on managerial and leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
