Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of workers on the production floor. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production floor.
• ✅ Ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
• ✅ Monitor the performance of workers and provide training as needed.
• ✅ Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• ✅ Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met.
• ✅ Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• ✅ Maintain production records and report to management.
• ✅ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics, maintenance) to optimize workflow.
