Job Title: Financial Controller.

Location: Hyderabad.

Reporting to: CFO / Head of Finance.

Job Summary: The Financial Controller will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring. accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation and internal. controls. This role is responsible for financial strategy execution, risk management, and supporting. business growth through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to provide actionable insights.

- Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities to ensure accurate group reporting.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

- Maintain and strengthen internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters.

- Ensure company policies align with financial best practices and legal requirements.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.

- Oversee banking relationships and optimize capital structure.

- Ensure efficient management of payables, receivables, and cash forecasting.

Process Improvement & Systems Implementation:

- Drive automation and improvement in financial processes and systems.

- Implement ERP systems and accounting tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.

- Support business transformation initiatives from a financial perspective.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

- Analyze cost structures, pricing models, and profitability to support growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA qualification is a must.

- 12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

- Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage teams and drive financial efficiency.
