Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain pixel-perfect, smooth, and visually stunning UIs across iOS and Android platforms, keeping customer delight at the forefront.

- Architect reusable, maintainable, and scalable components and frameworks for mobile applications.

- Leverage native APIs and platform-specific capabilities for deep integrations and seamless functionality.

- Proactively diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and edge cases to deliver a native-like experience.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Implement automated testing (e.g., Jest) to ensure quality, reliability, and rapid iteration.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business needs into intuitive mobile experiences.

- Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in mobile development, contributing innovative ideas to improve the product.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Expertise in React Native: Deep understanding of React Native with 3-4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying mobile applications at scale.

- Programming Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Product Development Focus: Proven ability to translate complex requirements into impactful features, prioritizing user experience and customer delight.

- Strong Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core mobile development principles, design patterns, and architecture for long-term maintainability.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Rock-solid skills in debugging, resolving dependency conflicts, and optimizing application performance.

- API & Offline Storage: Proficient in working with REST APIs, offline storage solutions, and the document request model.

- Redux/Thunk Expertise: In-depth experience with state management libraries like Redux/Thunk for scalable and predictable applications.

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience with automated testing suites (e.g., Jest) and ensuring high product quality through rigorous testing.

- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for UI/UX consistency, pixel-perfect designs, and flawless interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Third-Party Tools: Familiarity with tools like react-native-paper and other libraries to accelerate development and enhance user experience.

- Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent communication skills, ready to collaborate in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
