About the Role:

- You will also establish and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

- Establish and strengthen partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporates.

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals. (This responsibility can be removed if the role is not managerial)

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

- Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and ensure optimal performance.

- Represent Red Air Ambulance at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales operations roles, preferably within healthcare, aviation, or emergency services sectors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

- An MBA is a preferred qualification.
