Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. As a Subject Matter Expert / Trainer / Faculty (Corporate Etiquette and Business Management ) , you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: Conduct lectures, mentor students, assist with placements, and organize subject-specific events.
• Curriculum Development: Review, update, and enhance the curriculum to align with industry standards.
• Content Creation: Develop study materials, assignments, projects, and digital learning resources.
• Training & Development: Assist in faculty hiring, conduct training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor subject delivery, gather feedback, and improve teaching methods.
• Industry Collaboration: Build industry relationships, facilitate guest lectures, and collaborate for live projects & placements

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• • MBA in management, marketing, HR or relevant field.
• • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the specific subject area.
• • Prior experience in education, curriculum development, or training is preferred.
• • Strong communication and presentation skills.
• • Familiarity with the latest industry tools, technologies, and best practices.
• • Should have the ability to recognize the proper target audience to develop curriculum and training methods.
