Job Overview

We are seeking a Trainer for our branch in Jagraon, Punjab, India

As a Trainer at Touchstone Educationals LLP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students preparing for the IELTS exam

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in a teaching role.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field

Strong command over English language, both spoken and written

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals

Ability to adapt teaching methodologies based on the needs of the students

Patience and empathy towards students from diverse backgrounds

Familiarity with the IELTS exam pattern and scoring criteria will be an added advantage

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver effective and engaging training sessions to students preparing for the IELTS exam

Develop and implement training curriculum based on the needs of the students

Provide timely feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills

Monitor and evaluate the progress of students through regular assessments and mock tests

Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of IELTS coaching

Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch
