Full-Time Trainer position in Mansa, Punjab, India
Touchstone Educationals LLP, a leading IELTS Education Institute with branches across Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan, is seeking a Trainer for its Nakodar branch
The trainer will be responsible for providing expert IELTS coaching and personalized services to students.
Bachelor's degree in any field
Certification in IELTS training or equivalent
Strong command of the English language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and able to work well with students of different skill levels
Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their goals
Familiarity with IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles And Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality IELTS training to students
Conduct interactive classroom sessions to improve language skills
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Prepare educational material and resources
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring guidelines
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and events
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance training programs
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey
Handle student queries and concerns in a professional manner
