They have to hire professional managers. The manager they hired in Taran Taran was worst , she don't know how to speak with the trainers and even with the students too. She was doing this kind of stuff but still higher authorities were removing trainers continually. I worked their only 10 months and within that time period, every month they remove 1-2 trainers.

I was trained by Miss Tapsi i would like to say she is fabulous in all terms and is understanding enough in all respects. There are good options for bonus and all but you just have to grab those and follow certain rules and regulations of the organisation. Holidays was the only problem to maintain the balance between work and personal life otherwise it is a good organisation.

Everything...co-ordinator is very rude and also speaks third class language.No fixed pay date. Hectic schedule and lots of work pressure. Co-ordinator who herself does not know anything humiliates the trainers. If student does anything wrong then also they blame the trainer. I recommend all to never join this institute with label ofrude co-staff and extremely rude co-ordinator. Also,do not allow a trainer for a leave..if they ask for energency leave, 2 days salary is cut....Read More

Long working hours. Break of 40 mins in entire working day of 9hours. In these 40 mins also they suffocate employees by organising meetings.
