They have to hire professional managers. The manager they hired in Taran Taran was worst , she don't know how to speak with the trainers and even with the students too. She was doing this kind of stuff but still higher authorities were removing trainers continually. I worked their only 10 months and within that time period, every month they remove 1-2 trainers.

Work politics and office gossiping among the seniors makes it worse for the new joinees to sustain in toxic environment. Academic counsellor and managers blame everything onto trainers and counsellors . Their is no job security even if you are doing good , managers decide when to throw someone out just to save their personal relationships. They pay till 15th of the month which is too late .They don’t have proper study material for students , they only have material for 3 months and in case any student complaints about it they straightaway say that you aren’t scoring full marks so work on it ....Read More
