The College Principal is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic management, and academic excellence across all functions of the institution. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, promoting a positive learning environment, ensuring adherence to educational policies, and fostering relationships with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversee academic, administrative, and financial operations.
• Academic Oversight: Ensure high-quality education, curriculum development, and faculty performance.
• Administration: Manage budgets, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment and maintain relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
• Strategic Planning: Lead institutional growth and innovation initiatives.

Education :

• PhD degree in the concerned relevant discipline
• Currently serving/served as a principal in an esteemed college.

Timing : 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
