I would like to share my experiance when i was in red and white multimedia education , very bad work environment company fired all its placement staff , and put all the responsibility of placement on faculty , so if you you 80 students it is your responsibility instead of institute to place them, it means after teaching you findout company call them get them placed all the work pressure on faculty in a fraction of sallary, no extra facility if you forgot luch you can go outside to eat if you are 1 sec late you will be fined with 1/4 th sallary of the day, very hectic and bad culture

bad work culture all the the work load to faculty, even if you are free , work as telecaller call the numbers for admissin no perks if 1 sec late 1/4 th sallary of the day is gone

Red & White Multimedia education offers opportunities to refine teaching skills however the work environment can be highly demanding as instrucuors are expected to mange a wide range of responsibilities including teaching,facilitating students placment and undertaking additional task .the organization policies and culture may not alway support a balanced workload ,which could impact mental well-being propective employee who value a supportive and structured work environment may want to carefully consider this before joining.

The Enviroment at this organization exudes a remarkably positive atmosphere, and the staff are so humble nature specially our manager and Owner's nature are so positively, benefiting not only its dedicared employess but also aspiring students keep on embarking on their IT industry Jounery.
