About the role

Heres your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of a global leader. As the Factory Finance Manager for Reckitt, youre not just crunching numbers; youre fuelling decisions that enhance our operational excellence and profitability. Youll work closely with the heart of our supply chain, providing insights that drive strategic actions and improve our gross margin. With your expertise, we can streamline our supply and procurement process, yielding high-impact results that resonate across our global market. If impacting the financial direction of an innovative company excites you, we want you on board.

Your responsibilities

- Lead the analysis and communication of financial data influencing manufacturing and supply costs.
- Consult with Global and Regional Management to optimise costs related to duties, freight, and warehousing.
- Assess the gross margin trends of supply clusters comprehensively, guiding measures that address variances.
- Spearhead strategic financial planning and performance assessment, directly influencing profit margins and decision-making.

- Solid finance background with a keen eye for detail and a drive to enhance business value.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and financial strategies.
