Executive - Production

Role & responsibilities

• Overall, in-charge of the Manufacturing and production
• To coordinate with all the departments for day-to-day activities, Projects, Improvement initiatives, Planning etc.
• Production planning along with Factory planner and execution of plans
• To ensure 100% plan compliance with good quality and safety
• To ensure safety compliance and discipline at shopfloor
• To ensure SOP being followed up at all the areas.
• To ensure RPS culture being imparted at shopfloor level.
• Plan and ensure all resources are in place to execute the day's production plans, i.e., man, machine, material, and other resources.
• Plan and ensure effective production planning in place with minimum changeovers along with the factory planner.
• Plan and Ensure Production, maintenance, and day-to-day activities.
• To ensure all offline activities like rework, reprocessing Procedure in Place and are being done in a systematic manner and ensuring minimum losses with higher outputs.
• Ensure discipline, quality standards and productivity norms are maintained on the shop floor.
• Plan and execute various actions which can contribute to improve quality, morale, productivity, efficiency of the machine and manpower.
• Plan and ensure right quality bulk manufacturing and right first time deliver to the filling.
• Ensure all the Required associate are on board and train them and making them ready for their roles.
• Ensure all the wastage are in control and make action plans for any abnormalities.
• To ensure no IR issues in the Plant and Escalate to relevant Stakeholders if any abnormal Found during the Round
• To ensure factory hygiene maintained, food, Tea appropriately provided to all the associates and workmen as per reckitt standards.
• Review the Shift Operations on a continuous basis.
• Ensure discipline, quality standards and productivity norms are maintained on the shop floor.
• Plan and Implement Preventive Maintenance along with engineering team for all the Lines.
• Study and review related market complaints and suggest corrective and Preventive Action to Mitigate its reoccurrence.
• Ensure all EHS standards and guidelines are followed at the shop floor.
• Responsible for area wise 5S, RPS, visuals and Kaizens
• Plan and Ensure Skill Development Plan for all the associate and Motivate them Via Reward and recognition.
• Responsible for preparing of all kinds of MIS related to productivity, wastage, machine break down and production planning to analysis.
• To Plan and ensure all the Materials and Document In place to execute any new NPD, EPD at the lines along with the Factory Planner and other stake holders.
• To lead the new projects and improvement activities at shopfloor and ensure the completion with the targeted date with all compliance in Place.
• Analyze the key bottleneck in each process and make plan to mitigate them based on the forecasted Plan.
