TranZact - Finance Manager - Accounts - Big4 - CA (3-5 yrs)

About TranZact:

We're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and are looking for a Finance Manager. We built a cloud-based business platform where manufacturers & traders can network with each other and discover trusted buyers and suppliers on the network. Founded in 2016, TranZact is a B2B business platform for Indian Manufacturing & Trading SME's. TranZact brings different teams of SMEs on a single platform where they can collaborate efficiently to manage their entire business. OnTranZact, companies can create documents, communicate and collaborate to grow their business rapidly.

On top of the business transaction platform, we want to build an Intelligent Transaction-backed Marketplace to connect buyers with relevant and trusted suppliers and provide value-added services such as logistics & financial services.

Founders:

- TranZact was started by 3 guys and we have built an awesome team along the way.

- Sharad Sen Sharma (Product) - IIT KGP (2010), IIMA (2015), ex - Barclays, McKinsey.

- Ritesh Kumar (Business) - IIT KGP (2011), ex - Everstone, Ambit.

- Rohan Sen Sharma (Technology) - BITS Pilani (2013), ex-Oracle, Cubito.

What You'll Do:

- Finance Operations: Oversee working capital, treasury, debtors, payables, and monthly book closures in collaboration with teams.

- Reporting & Analysis: Provide P&L analysis, financial metrics, and variance reports to senior management for decision-making.

- Compliance: Implement Ind AS, facilitate internal audits, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Working Capital & Banking: Manage working capital, fund transfers, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity.

- Develop and manage financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.

- Collaborate with business units to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive financial efficiency.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

- Analyze market trends, business drivers, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.

- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified CA with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

- Big 4 experience is must with atleast one company.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI,Tally and Zoho Books).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
