Analyst - Finance Transformation (3-6 yrs)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with business to ensure proposed solutions meet current and future needs:.

- Research issues related to process pain points to assist in development of recommendations to improve current processes.

- Monitor solutions under development to identify issues that may affect business functionality and performance.

- Research issues that arise and participate in developing solutions or rectify business issues.

- Work closely with Information Technology teams to deliver business value:.

- Independently manage assigned priorities, deliverables, and timelines, identifying issues for escalation as needed.

- Serve as liaison between IT and business users.

- Provide business support by executing or assisting with project activities:.

- Analyze performance and output, develop and track metrics, quantify benefits.

- Perform data clean up, research issues that arise from pain points, defects, requirements, etc.

- Influence change / change management by modeling behavior and training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Experience).

- Bachelor's or higher degree in in Finance or IT related field.

- 3 plus years' experience in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related area.

- Strong knowledge with systems, data, and business process integrations between corporate functions in investments, risk, and finance or accounting.

- Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting architecture and design.

- Ability with BI tools to build large data automations, such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.

- Understanding of business value related to features and functions.

- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.

- Strong ability to develop working relationships.

CTC: 15 LPA.

Experience: 3-5 Years.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.
