Senior Financial Analyst - FinTech/Startup (3-7 yrs)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.

- Monitor and report on financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Oversee the company's accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Monitor reconciliation of transactions and checking if transactions are in line with approved funds flow.

- Taking ownership of internal and external reporting.

- Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.

- Preparing all Data reconciliation dashboard to find out any leakages and understand the gaps and fix it.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- 3+ years of relevant experience, Startup is preferred.

- Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL/R/Python.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive team player; must be accountable, responsible, and organised.

- Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organisational skills.
