Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Team Leader Commercial at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd.
- The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, communicating effectively with clients, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets on a daily basis.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role requires a dynamic individual who can strategize, execute, and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results in the commercial real estate market.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and provide1 regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify target markets and develop targeted sales plans. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Forecast sales revenue and manage sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing and operations. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and management. Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates on company performance and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success. 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership role. Strong analytical, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills. Proven ability to strategize and implement sales plans. Experience in the real estate industry, particularly commercial real estate, is a strong plus. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
