Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Calling:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers to promote products, services, or special offers.

• Lead Generation & Qualification:
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and determine the best solution based on customer needs.
• Customer Interaction & Support:
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services..
• Sales & Targets:
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets or call quotas set by the management.

• Follow-ups:
• Follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision or completed a transaction.

• Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system..
