Sales Telecaller

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and generating leads through outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential customers by researching and making outbound calls.
• Generate new leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide detailed information about the companys raw material products and their benefits.

3. Sales Conversion:

• Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team when required.

4. Record Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates and call outcomes.

5. Market Awareness:

• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends to provide valuable insights.

6. Achieving Targets:

• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemistry/paint technology is preferred.
• Candidates from Chemical industry is preferred, specifically paint and coating industry.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to chemical products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tally and other administrative tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in telecalling or sales roles (preferably in manufacturing industry).
• Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into warm leads.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Work Details:

• Working Days- Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off)
• Job Hours- 9.30AM-6.30PM
