Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Contact potential clients from the database or provided leads through cold calling and warm calling.
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities for business development.

• Explain property details, pricing, and features to prospective clients.
• Answer inquiries related to property listings, payment plans, and other relevant details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

1. Sales and Conversions:
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and matching them to suitable property options.
• Schedule site visits or meetings for clients to further explore the properties.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving assigned sales targets.
2. Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
• Provide regular reports on lead progress, sales conversions, and feedback to the sales manager.

1. Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the on-ground sales team for property showings and documentation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and align efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive voice.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
