Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate new leads.
• Respond to inbound calls, addressing client queries and providing information about various real estate projects.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow-up with clients to offer additional information, answer further questions, and collect feedback.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay informed on the latest market trends, property developments, and project details to provide expert advice to clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in both Tamil and English, with the ability to effectively converse with clients and team members.
• Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
• Must be available to join the team within a short notice period.
• Possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local travel.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
