Real Estate Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and skilled Female Telecallers to join our real estate team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in telecalling, and should be confident in communicating with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Call potential buyers, sellers, and renters to introduce our real estate services, properties, and new listings.
• Property Promotion: Provide detailed information to clients about property prices, features, and availability.
• Follow-up Calls: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, answer questions, and convert inquiries into appointments or site visits.
• Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings or property viewings between clients and real estate agents.
• Database Management: Maintain and update client information, ensuring accurate lead tracking in the CRM system.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, property prices, and upcoming listings to provide clients with current, relevant information.
• Customer Support: Address client queries, assist with concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and leads generated, in alignment with company goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate telecalling or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to persuade and engage clients effectively over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property types is preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in Hindi/English (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
