Job Location: Thane(Mumbai)On-site

Shift Timings: UK Shift (12PM TO 9PM)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Real estate upselling Experience

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in real estate telecalling and upselling, with Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the UK to promote and upsell real estate properties.
• Understand clients needs and recommend suitable properties from our portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide accurate information about property specifications, pricing, and features.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and feedback.

Key Skills & Requirements-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling and upselling.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Knowledge of the UK real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a UK time zone shift.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
