Role & responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for 3 Roads, aligning with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Create an annual calendar of events, promotions, and campaigns to increase footfall and engagement.
2. Branding & Positioning
- Strengthen 3 Roads brand positioning as a go-to lifestyle and retail destination.
- Oversee the development of all marketing materials, including print, digital, and on-ground activations.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
3. Tenant & Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate with tenants to develop co-branded marketing initiatives that enhance mutual visibility.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, influencers, and community groups, to promote the high street.
4. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring relevance to the target audience.
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance to optimize ROI.
5. Events & Activations
- Conceptualize and manage experiential marketing events, seasonal activations, and community-driven initiatives to boost engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution for events.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track the effectiveness of all marketing activities and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
- Monitor footfall and sales trends to adapt strategies as needed.
7. Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure all campaigns are executed within the approved budget.
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, retail, or high-street projects.
Proven track record in branding, event management, and digital marketing in mall/high street retail.
