We are looking for Manager/Senior Manager - Mall Operations at our RCity Mall - Ghatkopar

Roles & Responsibilities

• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Engineering, Security and Housekeeping), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions..
• Coordination with outsource agencies- Vendor management.
• Development of Interpersonal Skills /Functional abilities of the staff by guiding / training etc.
• Prepare and compile SOPs for all outsourced agencies & ensure proper vendor management, ensure timely payments to all outsourced agencies, maintaining for machinery and fixed assets.
• Ensure full fledged healthy working of the mall.
• Set up inter and intra department reporting procedures.
• Guide & Monitor operations departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Customer Care & Security) in case of emergency or accidents.
• Monitor various training sessions organized by Security and Engineering departments.
