LOCATION : GURUGRAM
Position Summary :
The Inside Sales Manager/Senior Inside Sales Manager Cloud will lead a team of inside sales representatives to drive lead generation, manage outreach efforts, and consistently achieve sales targets. This role emphasizes leveraging tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo, along with cold calling strategies, to expand market share and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and celebrate wins.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo.
- Oversee cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless lead qualification and nurturing processes.
Pipeline and Sales Management:
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent progress toward targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Process and Tool Optimization:
- Implement best practices for inside sales processes.
- Leverage CRM systems effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth
and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation, qualification,
and pipeline management.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve
ambitious goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyse sales data, and make
data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achievement and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities
and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Education: B-tech /MBA in Marketing &Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in inside sales or a related field, with experience managing a
team.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating a successful sales team.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
