About This Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the U.S. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT services, data solutions, and AI/ML technologies, with a deep understanding of the U.S. market dynamics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to refine product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment, ensuring the team is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
About This Role:
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership roles within the IT services, data solutions, or AI/ML industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the U.S. market.
- In-depth knowledge of IT trends, data analytics, and artificial intelligence/machine learning technologies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed
