Real Time Data Services - Lead React Native - iOS/Android Platforms (6-8 yrs)

Key Functional Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the hybrid app development team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable hybrid mobile applications primarily using React Native with good understating of Android and IOs native implementations.

- Working knowledge of REST api development and banckend code writing.

- Good to have the same in Nodejs, php else other languages will also work.

- Good understanding of and hands on experience on MySql/Mariadb and Mongodb queries and optimizations.

- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hybrid app development.

- Solid understanding of push notification services like Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notifications (APNS).

- Expertise in the mobile app developer lifecycle and release architecture.

- Proven experience in Mobile App Development, with a focus on React Native.

- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Work proactively to identify and address potential challenges in the development process.

- Excellent understanding and experience working in Agile environment.

Nice to Have :

- Understanding of backend designing and working of RESTFul APIs.

- Good understanding and hands on experiences on Android, IOs and NodeJs.

- Experience in Unit testing is a plus.

- Good understanding of mysql, mongodb queries and optimizations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6 to 8 years of experience in software development.
