Arre is a leading multi-format, multi-genre digital media brand creating original stories across video, audio and the written word. More than 200 Mn people enjoy Arr's content through its network of linear and digital platform collaborations (Jio, MX Player, Hotstar, Tata Sky etc). Arr Studio, launched in 2019, produces large format original shows for international and domestic OTT platforms, broadcast television and movie screens, across languages and genres. Arr forays into the media tech space with Arr voice, a women first, audio social app that lets creators share their thoughts via 30 second audio clips, called voicepods.

The core mission of Arr voice is to empower users with the easiest tool to share their primal and fleeting thoughts with their fans/followers without the fear of judgment, effortlessly. Product team at Arr takes a first principles approach towards building a seamless & delightful consumer experience, with extreme bias for action. A bit about the role :

The social platform we are building is centered around enabling women to converse more with other women via their interests and build deeper relationships, eventually leading to monetizing your skills/hobbies. Our Frontend Lead will be passionate about creating captivating experiences for customers and will be abreast with modern web frameworks. She will strive & think about building highly responsive, intuitive, and sleek experiences for customers.

She will be responsible for building & designing highly scalable, responsive & interactive web applications using React JS, React Native, Flutter and other native front end technologies. You will also set up, lead and manage a team of front end developers, all passionate about solving for the best user experience and have customer centricity at the heart of their problem solving abilities.

What will you bring :

1. Must have AWS experience & other mandatory skills are React Native, React JS, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, writing Java Scripts , HTML , CSS , AJAX , Redux.

2. Should have a strong understanding of web development cycles (e.g. package management, module bundling unit, integration testing etc .

3. 3-5 years of Experience in building front end, seamless experience for consumer product apps at scale.

4. Proven working experience in web programming and applications. Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.

5. Understanding DOM and Virtual DOM. Must know API Integration and session management, security and best developing practice

6. Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code. Proficiency with Git and other dev tools.

Is this you :

1. 4-5 years of experience in front end development with Flutter, ReactJS, React native, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Typescript.

2. Published at least 3-4 apps on the store across the years as a Frontend developer.

3. Possess understanding of web browsers and DOM. Appetite for learning and utilizing new and upcoming browser features such as Web Components, Shadow DOM, service workers, etc.,

4. Solid knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming. Experience building full-stack applications is a plus.

5. Data-driven product development is kinda your thing. You're committed to quality, and your code solves more problems than it creates ;)
