Job Title: Product Manager - Personal Loan with RBL Bank

Location: Gurgaon / work from office

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager for Personal Loans, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for personal loan offerings. You will work cross-functionally with sales, technology, marketing, risk & analytics, and operations to drive the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of loan products to meet customer needs, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for personal loan products, aligning with the company's broader financial services strategy.

- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to build and enhance personal loan products, ensuring user-centric features and robust functionality.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.

- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for loan products, track performance, and iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.

- Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct deep market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities, trends, and pain points in personal loan offerings.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that personal loan products comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, roadblocks, and overall success metrics.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, or consumer lending (personal loans).

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to work in a cross-functional role

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
