A. Position Purpose
Process improvement identification & execution in Retail Assets / Lending & other Functional Units across the Bank.
Primary Purposes:
B. KEY Position Responsibilities
Sr.
Key Responsibilities
1
Interaction with business stakeholders (Business / Product heads) to identify new / improvement opportunities for process & efficiency improvement / Digitization across the product cycle (Sales /Credit / Legal / Operations etc.)

Identify and execute end-to-end Improvement projects across Retail Asset functions (Product & related activities) along with regular interaction stakeholders and deliver expected results.

End-to-End Project Management & Ownership of projects related to Bank Vision, Strategy, Business/Service/Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Channels and other related areas.

Creation & Review of BRD / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Regulatory changes on a continuous basis.

Ongoing monitoring of Processes, Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous Improvement

Review and close all Audit/Risk/Compliance observations related to Biz. /Operations processes. Implement process changes basis these observations
7
Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
8
Manage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Performance Excellence Tools, Techniques, Methodologies, Frameworks & Practices
9
Any other activity related to process improvement OR digitization
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential
MBA and/or CA or Post Graduate with relevant experience
(Experience in Retail Asset function is a must Two wheeler / HL / LAP / Used Car etc.)
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification OR relevant experience OR certified in process improvement techniques with identifiable deliveries OR relevant experience will be preferred
Experience
Essential
Min. 4 years with at least 2 years in Banking Process within Retail Assets
Preferred
Experience in Banking Process & IT Improvement Projects
Project analysis and delivery excellence in a banking change environment
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Background in Banking across a few functional areas in the Services/Ops functions
