Finance Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our GBS team to identify opportunities in General Services, support the General Services roadmap, and manage related activities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Identify opportunities to centralize and optimize services for the entire company, aiming for better service and lower costs.
Prepare business cases to support the centralization and optimization of services.
Manage the global end-to-end T&E process, including governance, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives, in partnership with HR, IT, and Procurement.
Oversee the rollout of the T&E tool "Concur," manage credit card and travel programs, and ensure process standardization and compliance.
Support system implementations and ad-hoc projects while maintaining process documentation and performance metrics.
Support the deployment of tools and systems required to deliver high-level services.
Ensure governance over transformation projects through consistent application of transition methodologies.
Track and report to management on overall transition progress, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of project work streams.
Encourage and share lessons learned and best practices across various projects, effectively communicating, influencing, and driving change.

Master s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Relevant professional experience and qualifications.
Knowledge of key functions (e.g., General Services, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, HR, IT) is recommended.
Experience in financial data analysis.
Proficiency in SAP; knowledge of Group Reporting and Central Finance (CFIN) is a plus.
Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Experience with Power BI and Analysis for Office is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP environments and automation/digitalization is advantageous.
