Continuous Improvement Manager

Lead the critical metric management system ownership for running monthly steering committee
Leads the project portfolio management for agile response to business needs
Leads and drives the yearly in-depth plant Loss Analysis followed by an update loss funnel (recoverable losses and losses vs. ideal state) and plant MAX master plan
Identify, initiate and lead projects related predominantly to the 5 MAX pillars: Improve capacity utilization (eg. OEE), efficiency, process and maintenance optimization plus Carbon.
Establish, maintain and improve a performance management system from high level view down to shop floor level
Support the other team members in running daily or weekly performance review sessions
Drive the implementation of needed changes to position the plant for future challenges and to achieve the Vision/Mission
Network with other CI authorities in the network and plants to transfer standard processes - can be external as well. Actively participate in development and exchange of standard processes within the EMEA region as well as across the wider organization
Is visible and spends significant amount of time solving actively problems in a systematic and sustainable way, supporting and coaching employees.
Actively drives the plant culture towards MAX approach, ownership and capability building of all employees. Special focus is on coaching/training of CI-Engineers, shift and team-leaders.

Be the in-plant expert concerning continuous improvement methods and support other leadership their application
Develop metrics to ensure appropriate controls are identified, prioritized, and supervised to support effectiveness
Drives standardization throughout all teams within the plant including CI-ways of working and use of Microsoft 365 tools (such as Power BI, Power Apps)

What you will need to be successful !

1. Proven experience 7-10 years in manufacturing and leading/ working on world class manufacturing techniques.

2. Good knowledge of project management, planning, co-ordination and should be able to work well under pressure and with exciting priorities.

3. This position requires good people management, leadership and influencing skills.

4. Experience in communicating and collaborating with all levels of the organization

5. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple activities concurrently and developing process enhancing strategies

6. Ideally a digital expert take ownership within this space.

7. Experience to use and take full advantage of appropriate manufacturing excellence tools.

8. Certification like six sigma/ PMP/ Lean management will be added advantage
