Travel Executive Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing travel arrangements for clients. This includes flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary planning, and visa processing. The Travel Executive should have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of travel regulations, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transport, and activities.
• Provide clients with travel options, itineraries, and cost estimates.
• Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other required documentation.
• Handle travel modifications, cancelations, and refunds as per policies.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best deals.
• Address customer queries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
• Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions, and new destinations.

Skills Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
