Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee factory human resource operations, including employee relations, welfare, and statutory compliance.
  
• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Ensure adherence to labor laws such as Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, Bonus Act, PF Act, ESIC & ESI Act.
  
• Provide guidance on plant HR matters related to recruitment, training & development of employees.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Ph.D/Doctorate in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Minimum 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in IR/HR roles.
