Job Description

Assist clients in finding the best international and domestic travel deals tailored to their specific needs.

Handle client requests including reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations; provide alternative travel options when necessary.

Book domestic and international reservations for air travel, rail tickets, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.

Adhere strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Monitor and manage queues in the Amadeus global distribution system (GDS) to maintain high-quality service standards.

Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, and current developments affecting travel industry trends.

Collaborate effectively with interoffice departments to fulfill client requirements, including Management Information Systems (MIS) support.

Assist finance department in client debt recovery processes as required.

Proficiency in Amadeus is mandatory; experience with Implant travel management systems is advantageous.

Hands-on experience with international fares, routings, and visa processing knowledge is essential.

Youll be perfect for the role if you have:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant in the travel industry.

In-depth knowledge of Amadeus GDS and proficiency in using it to manage bookings.

Strong understanding of international fares, routings, and visa processing requirements.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.

Bachelor s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.

Managers were supportive and they try to manage work life balance for staff, however fewer times higher management is least concerned about staff

HR are not upto the mark no proper answers or accountability, FnF processing takes alot more time than other firms, Management stops incentives or other beneficial schemes without any prior notices and such decision comes out of the blue with a bad surprise with your salary. Systems and billing is the most concerned not updated with current market standards
