Visa Executive

FCM India is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Visa Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle visa-related tasks and inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing visa applications, communication with embassies, handling escalations, and supporting the MICE business operations.

• Communication with embassies and service providers to ensure smooth visa processing.

Functional Competencies:

• Core visa knowledge and understanding of visa processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of visa applications and ensure timely submission and approval.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other service providers to facilitate the visa process.
• Handle escalations and address any issues related to the visa process.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with visa requirements for various countries.
• Provide support for MICE business, ensuring visa requirements are met for corporate travel.
• Maintain detailed records of visa applications and follow up as needed.

Qualification:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in visa processing and management is a plus.
