Key Responsibilities:

• Visa Application Management: Efficiently manage the visa application process, ensuring all applications are processed accurately and promptly. Provide support to admissions and visa departments.
• Compliance Research: Conduct research on immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance. Develop and implement policies and procedures for visa processing and compliance.
• Applicant Support: Answer applicants' questions and provide advice and support throughout the visa application process.
• Documentation: Create and issue short-term student visa letters for international students, ensuring all required information is provided and delivered on time.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of visa information, including applicant details and visa application status. Provide regular updates and reports on visa-related issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the visa process and recommend changes to enhance policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a transparent and integrated approach to admission and visa services.
• Training and Advice: Provide advice and training to colleagues and stakeholders on visa-related matters.
• Stay Updated: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
