Position:

• Chinese Chef Commi 1
• CDP Chef - Chinese

Salary:

• Chef Commi 1: INR 12,000 - 15,000 per month
• CDP Chef: INR 25,000 - 35,000 per month

Experience:

• Chef Commi 1: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a reputable Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• CDP Chef: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a reputable Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Chef Commi 1:

• Assisting the senior chefs in the preparation of Chinese dishes.
• Preparing and cooking basic Chinese dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with stock taking and inventory management.

CDP Chef:

• Independently preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts.
• Ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
• Training and guiding junior chefs.
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Managing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
• Controlling food costs and minimizing wastage.

Skills:

• Strong culinary skills in Chinese cuisine, including Cantonese, Szechuan, and other regional specialties.
• Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
