Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
Conduct metallurgical research to enhance product performance and durability.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies for metallurgical analysis.
Maintain accurate records of metallurgical tests, analyses, and experiments.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in metallurgical processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for metallurgical testing and analysis.
Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the laboratory environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles, processes, and testing methods.
Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation for metallurgical analysis.
