Job Description
- Conduct metallurgical tests and analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished TMT bars.Perform mechanical testing, chemical analysis, microstructure examination, and hardness testing.
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues related to metallurgical properties and performance.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct metallurgical research to enhance product performance and durability.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies for metallurgical analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of metallurgical tests, analyses, and experiments.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in metallurgical processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for metallurgical testing and analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the laboratory environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles, processes, and testing methods.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and instrumentation for metallurgical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
